Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) oat, spelt or whole wheat flour
1/8 cup(s) almond meal/flour
1/8 cup(s) protein powder
1/2 cup(s) cocoa
1/4 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt
1/4 cup(s) melted butter, coconut oil or walnut oil
3 lg egg whites
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
Directions:
1. x8 pan 22-24 min
2. Conbine flours, protein powder,salt, baking powder, cocoa
3. In another bowl combine sugar, oil, egg whites, vanilla
4. Blend in dry ingredients
5. Check for doneness approx 2in from side of pan
6. Chocolate frosting:
7. oz cream cheese
8. /4 stick butter
9. confectioner sugar or finely ground xylitol
10. mix cheese and butter, then add powder sugar and cocoa
11. Or: 3T butter
12. T cocoa
13. C stevia or xylitol
14. /3C cream
15. tsp vanilla
