Brownie-Pecan Cupcakes

Another recipe from my wizard of a baker sister, Carol Keates.
Ingredients:
3 unsweetened chocolate squares
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped
16 pecan halves
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and margarine in double boiler.
2. Stir in brown and granulated sugar.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
4. Stir in vanilla and flour.
5. Stir in nuts.
6. Spoon mixture into baking cups, placing 1/2 pecan half on top.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
8. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing.
