Brownie Oatmeal Drops

Serve these chewy, chocolate cookies with a tall glass of fat-free milk.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup uncooked regular oats
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Microwave butter and chocolate in a small bowl at HIGH 35 seconds or until chocolate begins to melt. Stir chocolate mixture until smooth.
3. Beat chocolate mixture, sugar, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
4. Combine oats, flour, baking powder, and salt; add to butter mixture, stirring just until blended. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
5. Bake at 350° for 8 to 9 minutes or until cookie centers are almost done. Cool 5 minutes on pans. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks.
