This cheesecake is very tasty. My daughter had this one for her 12th birthday and everyone loved it. I have made it twice since then and enjoyed it more each time. It is very addicting!
Ingredients:
1 pkg resse's peanut butter and milk chocolate chips
6 tbs. margarine or butter, melted
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt
cheesecake layer
3 pkg. cream cheese,softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350*.
2. Grease 9 in. spring form pan.
3. Stir together butter, sugar, and vanilla in lg. bowl with whisk or mixer.
4. Add eggs: stir well.
5. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
6. Blend and spread in prepared pan.
7. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until brownie pulls away from pan.
8. Immediately after removing brownie from oven, sprinkle chips on top.
9. Spoon cheesecake mixture over the chips, return to oven.
10. Continue baking for 45 min. or until set and lightly golden.
11. Remove from oven to wire rack.
12. Cool 10 min.
13. With knife loosen cake from side of pan and remove the form.
14. Before cutting and serving, squiggle sundae topping and carmel topping on cheesecake.
