Yummy icing! Add extra powered sugar to make thicker icing that will dry for drizzling or for topping scones.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons milk
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat butter over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes or until browned. Remove browned butter from heat.
2. Place 2 cups sifted powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in browned butter, vanilla, and 3 to 4 tablespoons milk until icing consistency.
