Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Sift together the flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar.
  4. Combine the egg, oil, and milk.
  5. Stir into the dry ingredients just enough to moisten.
  6. Fill greased muffin tins about 1/2 full.
  7. Bake 20 minutes.
