Brown Rice With Fruit And Vegetables

This colorful and delicious rice dish can be made as a side or main dish. (You can add or substitute many other fruits and vegetables, too.)
Ingredients:
note: needed- 3 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup sliced carrots
1 tbsp. canola oil
1/4 cup sliced green onions (or more to taste)
2 cups cored and chopped apples
3 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup raisins
1 tbsp. seasame seeds (opt.)
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook carrots in oil for about 5 mins. over medium.
2. ___________________
3. Add onions and apples and cook 3-5 mins. longer.
4. ___________________
5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
6. Cook until thoroughly heated.
