  1. Spray your slow cooker stoneware with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Stir together brown rice, cranberries and sugar in Crockpot
  3. Stoneware. In a separate bowl, whisk coconut milk, nonfat milk,
  4. Egg substitute and almond extract together. Pour over rice
  5. Mixture. Cook on high for four to five hours.
  6. Serve with sliced bananas and brown sugar on top, if desired.
  7. Serves 6.
