Brown Nut Bread

Very good bread! This makes 2 loaves.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups sour milk (2 t vinegar, add milk to measure 2 cups)
1/3 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons shredded orange rind
1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Stir together the flours, baking soda and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix eggs, sour milk, molasses, honey, and orange peel.
3. Add to dry ingredients; stir until well mixed.
4. Fold in nuts and raisins.
5. Place into 2 greased 8in loaf pans.
6. Bake at 350* for about 55 minutes, until pick comes out clean.
7. Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove and cool completely.
