Brown Cow Shake With Secret Ingredient (Dried Prunes)

Makes you really mooove! From Cooking Light Cookbook, 1989. I haven't tried this yet but I wanted to post it here for another day.
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
8 dried prunes, pitted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until smooth.
2. Gradually add ice cubes, and process until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
