Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in machine in order according to manufacturers directions.
  2. Set to white bread.
  3. Push start.
  4. Or use dough cycle and bake in 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
