Ingredients:
483 g fresh salmon
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp pineapple juice
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 dash salt
Directions:
1. cut filet of salmon into equal pieces
2. pour lemon and pineapple juice over fish
3. add salt and pepper
