This is great for any gathering any season!
Ingredients:
3 bunches brocoli, cut (florets only)
3/4c miracle whip
3/4c dried cranberries
1/2 c salad topping or bacon bits
1t. sugar
1t. lemon juice
salt and pepper if desired
Directions:
1. Wash and trim brocoli- put in bowl
2. Add cranberries and salad topping
3. In separate bowl, mix miracle whip, sugar and lemon juice.
4. Add to brocoli mixture and mix gently.
5. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
