Broccolini With Pepper Dressing

Asparagus or Broccoli can be substituted if broccolini cannot be found.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons shallots, finely chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled, minced
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb broccolini, trimmed
Directions:
1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl, toss well.
2. Steam broccolini, covered for 5 minutes or until crisp tender; drain. Spoon pepper dressing over broccolini.
