Broccoli With Miso Dressing

Healthy, good for you salad.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 lb broccoli
1/3 cup light miso (fermented soybean paste)
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp mirin (japanese rice wine)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 green onions
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Cut off tough lower stem of the broccoli. Cut the remaining stem into 3/4 slices and make flowerets. Steam broccoli for 5 minutes, drain and submerge in ice water to stop the cooking. When cold, drain and set aside.
2. Dressing:
3. Mix the miso with the rice vinegar, Mirin and sesame oil. Set aside.
4. Chop the green onions finely.
5. Toast the sesame seeds by placing over medium heat in a frying pan. Heat till golden, shaking pan so the seeds don't burn.
6. Put all ingredients together and toss gently. Serve at room temperature.
