Ingredients:
1 pat butter
1 teaspoon(s) cumin seeds
2 teaspoon(s) ground coriander
1 teaspoon(s) ginger-garlic paster
1 1/4 pound(s) broccoli florets
handful roasted cashews
salt to taste
2/3 cup(s) light cream
fine strips of fresh ginger (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat butter and add cumin seeds. As they pop, add coriander and paste. Fry for only a few seconds
2. Add broccoli, cashews, and salt. Stir and cook, adding a few teaspoons of water until broccoli just softens
3. Serve hot, drizzled with cream and fine strips of ginger
