Broccoli with Caramelized Garlic and Pine Nuts

Buy bagged broccoli florets for convenience.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 pound broccoli florets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Toast pine nuts in a large skillet over medium heat 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet, and set aside.
2. Heat butter and oil in same skillet over medium heat until butter melts. Add garlic, and sauté 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Add broccoli, salt, and crushed red pepper. Sauté 8 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Stir in pine nuts before serving.
