Well if your a vergetarian then this is for you its very good and not so many calories:) its good for a diet:)
Ingredients:
salt & pepper
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 onion, chopped fine
2 cups cooked chopped broccoli
4 cups cooked wild rice
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a buttered baking dish.
2. Bake in a 350-degree (F) oven for 20-30 minutes.
