This recipe is simple and easy,especially as a side dish!My family loves it and its a great way to get the kids to eat broccoli.
Ingredients:
1 lb broccoli
2 egg whites
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces shredded parmesan cheese (or any cheese you like)
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites brought to room temperature until stiff.
2. Fold in to mayo.
3. Spread mixture over broccoli after placing into a baking dish.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
