This dish provides a healthy serving of broccoli, but in a fun and tasty way. This is best if prepared at least 30 minutes ahead of time to allow flavors to mingle. Everyone loves this salad when I share it with them.
Ingredients:
1 bag - broccoli slaw
4 oz hormel real crumbled picnic bacon bits
1 cup fat free cheddar
1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons artificial sweetener
Directions:
1. Mix together first three ingredients.
2. Mix together last three ingredients, then combine everything.
3. Chill for 30 minutes.
4. Stir and serve.
