Ingredients:
2 tablespoons blue cheese
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
1 medium apple, chopped
2 tablespoons raisins
1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together blue cheese, mayo, sour cream, honey, lemon juice and pepper.
2. Add broccoli, apple, and raisins and toss.
3. Stir in sunflower seeds just before serving.
