Broccoli salad with onion, Feta cheese & raisins.
Ingredients:
3 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix dressing in a separate bowl & add to the 1st bowl.
3. Voila summer refreshment.
