Broccoli Rice Casserole

This is a very quick and easy recipe for casserole that includes no meat! It's just rice and veggies.
Ingredients:
1 box (10 oz) - frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
1 c. minute rice (prepared)
1 can cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken) soup 1/2 soup can of milk
1 t. margarine
chopped onion
1/2 jar cheese whiz
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan - add chopped onion and cook until tender.
2. Add soup, milk, and Cheese Whiz.
3. Heat through.
4. Add thawed broccoli and prepared rice. Stir together.
5. Spray casserole dish with Pam.
6. Place mixture in prepared dish.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour
