Ingredients:
pocketless pitas or flat bread
cream cheese
grated broccoli
grated cauliflower
green onion
grated mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. spread generous layer of cream cheese over pitas or flat bread.
2. Grate your raw vegetables over top cream cheese then add onions and mozzarella.
3. Its your choice how much goes on its your pizza.
4. I like to let it sit in the fridge an hour to let the green onions blend its flavour.
5. Serve by cutting into bite size pieces.
