Yummy pasta salad with a zip. Could be made with lower calories by using low fat mayo, and all fat free sour cream. Currents or cranberries could also be used in place of the raisins.
Ingredients:
3 cups rotini
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1/3 cup almonds
1/4 cup green onions
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup raisins
7 strips bacon
3 tbsp splenda
2 tbsp cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Boil and cool pasta.
2. fry bacon until crisp. Crumble.
3. Chop broccoli into bite-size pieces.
4. Mix mayo, sour creams, splenda, and vinegar in a bowl until smooth.
5. Mix all ingredients until even.
6. Chill and serve.
