Broccoli, Garlic, Ginger Stir-Fry

A recipe clipping I came upon the other day and thought it would be a good side with a Chinese dinner. It takes few ingredients and very little time.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons gingerroot, fresh, minced
5 -6 cups broccoli, florets and julienned stems
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
2. Add garlic and gingerroot.
3. Add broccoli. Stir fry to coat with oil.
4. Add water and soy sauce.
5. Continue to stir fry until broccoli is bright green and tender crisp, 3-4 minutes.
6. Serve at once.
