Broccoli Formaggio

This dish goes great with chicken on the grill.
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli cut into florets
1 + 1/2 tbs olive oil
2 peeled minced cloves garlic
1/4 cup flavored bread crumbs
4 tbs grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbs butter & more to coat dish
Directions:
1. 1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
2. 2. Boil broccoli on stove for 7 to 8 minutes.
3. 3. Drain broccoli & cool.
4. 4. Place butter in baking dish, then add the broccoli.
5. 5. Drizzle olive oil.
6. 6. Combine garlic, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl. Mixx well add salt & pepper to taste.
7. 7. Put the mixture on top of broccoli.
8. 8. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
9. 9. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
