Super ez and very filling. Makes an 'omelette' in the crockpot
Ingredients:
8 eggs
3/4 cup milk
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped cooked broccoli
1 cup sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Beat eggs; add milk and beat together.
2. Pour mixture into greased crockpot or slow cooker.
3. Add cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, salt & pepper.
4. Cook on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hours.
