Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
  2. In saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine; blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add milk all at once; cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
  4. Reduce heat; blend in cream cheese till smooth.
  5. Stir in the broccoli; turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  6. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  8. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole; bake 15 to 20 minutes more.
  9. Makes 10 servings.
