Broccoli Cranberry Salad

This healthy dish is full of flavor. You can substitute golden yellow raisins if you prefer.
Ingredients:
one large head of fresh broccoli, chopped fine
one large onion, diced fine
2/3 cup of dried cranberries
2/3 cup of bacon bits
1 1/2 cups of shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
dressing
1 1/2 cups of hellmann's light mayonnaise (i find this one has a better taste for low fat)
2 to 3 tbls of white vinegar
1/2 cup of honey (test to taste)
salt and white pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine the broccoli through cheese in a large serving bowl.
2. Wisk the dressing ingredients and pour over the broccoli mixture.
3. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
