Broccoli Cheese Soup

this is a simple as it gets. my family loves this spup and it doesn't last long. i got this off of another site and make it all the time.
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups pasturized cheese
1/3 cup flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. place broccoli in a medium saucepan with just enough water to cover. Cook until tender, about 8 minutes. set aside and do not drain water.
2. in a large saucepan, heat milk. blend in the flour and cheese until smooth. stir in the cream and bouillon cube. add the broccoli and it's water and season with salt and pepper. heat teh soup to warm and serve immediately.
