Ingredients:
1 lb fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, diced small
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small red onion, chopped
bacon bits (optional)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar (or sub equal)
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
Directions:

Place all salad ingredients in bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients until smooth and pour over salad.

Chill.
