Broccoli Cheese & Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
2 cups rice
8 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup celery, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can broccoli cheese soup
Directions:
1. Prepare & cook rice, set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Saute vegetables in butter until very soft, over medium low heat with lid.
3. In a large mixing bowl, mix the cheese, soups, celery, garlic and broccoli. Lightly fold in the cooked rice.
4. Coat a casserole dish with Pam cooking spray. Pour mixture into the dish and bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until cheese melts & heated through.
