Ingredients:

  • 3 cups white rice (depending on how thick you want it)
  • 2 cans of mushrooms , or the equivalent amount of fresh
  • 2 cans of mushroom soup
  • 1 large bag of frozen broccoli

Directions:

  1. Start out by combining the mushrooms, mushroom soup, and Velveeta in a saucepan and cooking on low heat. Be sure you cube your Velveeta. Stir often
  2. Boil and cook your white rice.
  3. Heat and prepare your broccoli. ( I chop them up pretty good)
  4. Lay the rice at the bottom of a baking dish
  5. Sprinkle your Broccoli over rice
  6. After all your cheese is melted, evenly distribute the mix over the top of your rice and broccoli.
  7. Place in the oven on 350 degrees for about 30 - 45 minutes
  8. Allow time to cool
