Broccoli Cheese

Is particularly nice served as part of a roast dinner. If you prefer very soft brocolli cook first.
Ingredients:
600 g broccoli florets
1 pint 1% low-fat milk
2 tablespoons cornflour
150 g cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Blanch the broccoli and place into an oven dish.
2. Mix a little of the milk with the cornflour to form a smooth paste.
3. Add the rest of the milk, and place in a saucepan.
4. Cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
5. Add the cheese and stir until it has melted into the sauce.
6. Pour over the broccoli and bake in a medium high oven for 30 minutes.
