Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook broccoli until limp, about 10 minutes on the stovetop.
  3. Remove from heat;drain.
  4. Saute onion in butter and add to the broccoli.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients;mix well.
  6. Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
  7. For topping, combine crackers and melted butter;sprinkle on top of casserole.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
