Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 2 boxes of frozen chopped broccoli, cooked according to directions.
  2. Place in a greased casserole and cover with Velvetta cheese, sliced thin.
  3. Melt 1/4 cup butter and crumble enough Ritz crackers in it to absorb butter.
  4. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top of casserole and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
  5. Serves 6.
