Broccoli Casserole

  1. Cut broccoli heads and cook (steaming preferred).
  2. Dice the onion.
  3. Mix onion, Cream of Mushroom soup, cheese, eggs, and add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
  4. Mix in the strained cooked broccoli.
  5. Place all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle a light layer of bread crumbs over the top of the mixture.
  7. Cook at 375 for 45 min. - 1 hour or until bread crumbs have lightly browned and mixture has risen and is bubbly.
