Ingredients:
3 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper, minced
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
1/2 cup cashews, roasted
1/4 tsp dried red pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
2. Toss with salad dressing of your choice.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Enjoy the crunch.
