A cheesy and tasty way to serve broccoli
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli (approx. 2 pounds)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons buttered bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Cut broccoli into floretts; cook in boiling water until just tender, about 5 minutes; drain.
2. Place broccoli in a baking dish.
3. Stir together soup and milk; pour over broccoli.
4. Top with crumbs.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 350ยบ for 20 minutes.
