Broccoli And Rice Casserole

This dish makes my tummy happy (and I am not a big rice eater) and the waterchestnuts add a yummy texture.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice
3 tbsp butter
1 box frozen broccoli
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 jar large cheese whiz
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Sauté celery, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Add soups, Cheese Whiz and rice and mix thoroughly. Place in casserole dish and bake 325 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
