Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together chicken broth, half-and-half, soup, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in broccoli and garlic.
  4. Return to a boil.
  5. Stir in rice, cover and reduce heat simmering for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove pan from heat and allow to stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Serve.
