Broccoli and Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut cooked broccoli into florets and place in large bowl. add the potatoes and celery.
  2. Mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper together in small bowl. pour over broccoli and toss to evenly coat.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
