Broccoli And Mushroom Dip

Yummy.
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 pound chopped mushrooms
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli just until tender crisp then drain and put under cold water.
2. In nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat.
3. Add garlic, onion and mushrooms then cook until onion is tender then set aside.
4. In blender combine cottage cheese and yogurt then season with salt and pepper.
5. Process just until mixed then cover and refrigerate.
