Broccoli and Couscous

Quick and easy! I believe I invented this recipe, and the flavors really meld together for a light but tasty dish. Adjust the spiciness to your taste.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 scallion, sliced
1/2 broccoli, cut in small pieces
1 cup couscous
salt
chili sauce
Directions:
1. Saute garlic in the oil.
2. Then add orange juice and/or water and bring to boil.
3. Add scallions, broccoli, salt and chili sauce, cook for about 5-10 minutes.
4. Add couscous.
5. Cook for about 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
