Broccoli and Cheddar Salad

Ingredients:
2 heads fresh broccoli
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup craisins
1 green onion, chopped
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream (light is fine)
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Break broccoli in to tiny florets and mix with the crumbled bacon, place in salad bowl.
2. Place raisins and craisins in 1 cup of warm water for 5 minutes to plump, drain.
3. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice together and set aside.
4. Add the chopped green onion and the raisins and craisins to the broccoli mixture.
5. Season with the salt and pepper and mix well.
6. Add the mayo and sour cream mixture and gently mix together.
7. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
