Broccoli And Cauliflower Salad

Light and refreshing.
Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 small head cauliflower
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped, seeded tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped sweet onions
1 cup mayonaise
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions:
1. Separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
2. In large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, cheese, tomatoes and onions.
3. In another bowl, combine mayonaise, sugar and vinegar; mix until smooth.
4. Just before serving pour dressing over salad and toss.
