Ingredients:
1 head broccoli, coarsely chopped (omit stems)
1 head cauliflower, coarsely chopped (omit stems)
1 quart fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped (omit stems)
1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
12 green onions, finely chopped
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cups oil
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Prepare vegetables; mix together and refrigerate.
2. Mix indgredients for dressing together and refrigerate.
3. Put dressing on vegetables about 1 hours prior to serving. Keep in fridge.
