Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin

This is a yummy side dish. I could not figure out how to make it say one head of broccoli and one head of cauliflower, but that's what you need.
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
oregano
Directions:
1. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until crisp-tender. Drain.
2. Put in greased 9x9 oven proof baking dish.
3. Mix up next five ingredients and pour over veggies.
4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and crumble oregano over.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
