Fresh broccoli as a side dish to any entree.
Ingredients:
1 pound broccoli, fresh florets, trimmed, and cut into pieces
1 tsp garlic
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a large saute pan over medium heat. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Stir. Cover and cook for 2 additional minutes. Serve immediately.
